A woman is suing Sean "Diddy" Combs. She claims that he fired her because of her age. The lawsuit claims that the woman introduced Diddy to Russell Simmons, and that she worked at Diddy's Bad Boy label for 12 years. Apparently at one point the 51-year-old woman needed hip surgery and she didn't think Diddy was very sympathetic. She was fired and replaced by someone that she said was much younger and "lacked the skill set and experience" that she had. She believes this is age discrimination. She also relapsed to a drug and alcohol addiction previous to being fired. I'm sick of 51-year-old white women suing rappers, even though this is the first time I've heard about it happening. Why do they always have to blame it on the black guy? Isn't it possible she got fired because she stuffs Vicodin in her pancakes? Maybe for once someone shouldn't blame Diddy...which by the way would be a great name for his new single.
