Major had previously claimed that Lohan kicked and shoved her, but asked the court to drop all charges and explained that she doesn't "want anymore negativity" in her life. Instead of staying away from a courthouse for a couple of weeks, Michael is now saying that he wants to sue Rachel Uchitel. Camel Balls claims that Uchitel failed to pay him commission on jobs that he helped her get. He said that he introduced her to her current manager, who got her on Celebrity Rehab, so she owes him money. Is that how it works? If you introduce someone to a person that gets them a job then you have to pay both of those people? If so, I owe a lot of money to the side of the freeway where I found Chuy.
