Apparently sometimes the American Idol producers give people useless advice

According to TMZ, a "singer" who was rejected from American Idol is reportedly planning a $300 million lawsuit against the show. He feels that his sexuality was exploited by the producers. This is the same kid that grabbed the microphone from Dane Cook during the live finale this season. I don't know if that was planned or not, either way it was pretty stupid. When he first auditioned for the show in 2006, he claims he was told to "gay it up." Then this past year he was told something similar, which is why he grabbed the microphone from Cook. Apparently Dane didn't think it was funny and producers told him to get out of the building as he was "not safe." He thinks they should have had his back since they told him to be "outrageous" and "gay" in the first place. This whole thing sounds ridiculous. The last thing anybody on American Idol needs to be told is to act more gay.
