He was pulled over in Los Angeles on the 101 Freeway for reportedly "weaving," and I'm not talking about the kind of weaving that Loni Love gets done. He also reportedly blew a .20, which would explain the bad driving. The legal limit is .08. A .20 is a good time, but not one you should be driving during. Klein was convicted of a DUI back in 2004. He was engaged to Katie Holmes in 2003, and she got engaged to Tom Cruise in 2005. You do the math.
