LRR/Fame PicturesTila Tequila's ex-girlfriend Courtenay Semel is speaking out about Tila's upcoming stint on Celebrity Rehab. Semel took to her personal Facebook and Twitter pages to say that she believes Tila is only doing the show "for the paycheck." I guess Dr. Drew convinced Tila to do the show to kick her habit of snorting Ambien. OK. I don't know if anybody has ever done Celebrity Rehab for any other reason than money, except maybe as some sort of publicity stunt. I doubt Tom Sizemore or Daniel Baldwin woke up one day and thought, "Wow, I should really get my s--t together." No, they wanted a paycheck just like the rest of us. But if there's ever been a reason to let someone go to rehab, Celebrity or not, snorting Ambien would be it. As far as I know that's just supposed to make you go to sleep. Unless you're Tiger Woods, in which case it makes you go pork.
