According to TMZ, Rachel Uchitel is not able to participate due to the details of her settlement with Tiger. TMZ is also reporting that one of Rachel's friends…or perhaps they meant Rachel's one friend…is asking Howard Stern to allow a cardboard cutout of Rachel to stand in for her and be judged along with the other women.
He might as well allow it; from what we've learned, I have no doubt that Tiger Woods would pork a piece of cardboard.
