    ROY'S RECIPE: CAKE IN A CUP

    Have you ever wanted cake in a cup?  Well, now you can have it.

     

    ROY'S RECIPE: Cake in a Cup

    1 egg beaten

    A pinch of baking powder

    4 tablespoons of flour

    3 tablespoons of milk

    3 tablespoons of sugar

    2 tablespoons of oil

    A drop of vanilla extract

    A pinch of salt

    Method:

    Spray a microwavable mug with cooking spray, then mix all the dry ingredients and add to the mug. Add the milk, vanilla, egg and oil to the mixture and stir until well blended. Place mug in a microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Enjoy.
