On Tuesday's season three premiere, Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow performed "extremely difficult" surgeries that made our jaws drop!
The doctors first met with return patient Rajee who had "black market injections" in her cheeks, temple area, her top lip, her chin and along her jawline.
After her surgery, Rajee was left with "huge, golf ball-size nodules" all over her face.
During their meeting the doctors had to decide whether they could operate. Were they able to?

1. The Doctors Examine Rajee to See if They Can Operate:
While Dr. Dubrow is convinced they can operate on Rajee, Dr. Dubrow also has to convince Dr. Nassif that it's possible.
In the clip above, both doctors examine Rajee to see if they can really help her. Watch to see if Dr. Nassif thinks about operating!
2. Patient Vinny Reveals He Wants to Be the "Perfect Alien":
The second patient we meet on the premiere episode is Vinny, who wants to be the "perfect alien." Why? Take a look at the video above to find out!
3. The Doctors Decide to Operate on Rajee:
Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow decide to operate on Rajee and they start with a surgery on her chin. The surgery is a success and Dr. Nassif admits, the Dr. Dubrow was "right."
"I have to admit it, Terry was right, this chin looks pretty good. He may be a goofy bastard, but he is an excellent surgeon," Dr. Nassif says.
4. Patient Melissa Wants the Doctors to Help Fix Her "High Nipples":
After having a breast reduction, Melissa was left with "high nipples." When we meet her on the episode, she's hoping that the doctors agree to help her. Check out the video above to see what the doctors have to say about a possible surgery for Melissa.
5. Rajee Starts to Wake Up During Surgery:
During Rajee's second surgery she starts to wake up!
"I just heard like a gurgling," the nurse tells Dr. Dubrow.
Dr. Dubrow then pauses the surgery because Rajee is waking up a little bit.
"This is not good," Dr. Dubrow says. "When a patient wakes up during surgery it's kind of alarming because sometimes they may not know where they are, they may start thrashing around. Their blood pressure can go up because of anxiety, you sort of lose control of your surgical field. So it's really important to have the patient calmly under anesthesia."
The situation is then quickly taken care of and it's safe to continue the surgery.
"Alright back to business," Dr. Dubrow says.
He then finishes the surgery and is able to remove the cement nodules from Rajee's face!
6. The Doctors Meet Vinny:
When the doctors meet Vinny, he explains to them that his aesthetic is "alien-esk, like other-worldly." He then explains to them what he wants to have done to his nose.
"I want a thicker bridge, I want a thicker right here, I don't want a hump, I want it just to be flat," he explains. "And I want my nose to be straight with a smaller tip."
Vinny then explains that he wants his nose to look "unreal-y perfect."
When the doctors examine Vinny, they explain that they can reconstruct a certain part of his nose to help him breathe better.
"But deforming your nose, that's not something that we do," Dr. Nassif tells Vinny.
7. Melissa Reveals She Walks Around "Topless" All the Time Post-Surgery:
After Dr. Dubrow performs a "reverse nipple lift" on Melissa, she's able to wear tops that she hasn't been able to wear in 15 years.
Melissa reveals the surgery has changed her life "in so many ways" and she even admits she walks around "topless" all the time!
8. Rajee Breaks Down in Tears After Surgery:
After recovering from her surgeries, Rajee meets up with her friends and family and the doctors to show off the results!
When she arrives, Rajee receives a standing ovation from everyone and Rajee tells the crowd, "I feel so pretty!"
Rajee chokes up while thanking her mother and then when she hugs Dr. Dubrow she breaks down crying and says, "Thank you so much."
