Dr. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif were completely put to the test with several challenging cases on tonight's episode of Botched!
Terry had his hands full—both literally and figuratively—with human sexuality teacher Marla who came in for a breast augmentation after she was left with a sunken chest following multiple complications with her previous implants. Meanwhile, Paul was tasked with repairing Elmira's dangling nose following a failed rhinoplasty by her dentist. Yes, you read that correctly.
And if that wasn't enough, Janet sought out plastic surgeries to look exactly like her daughter!

1. When Janet admitted she had plastic surgery to look like her daughter: Janet took mother-daughter bonding to the next level by going under the knife to look like her daughter, Jane. She traveled to Croatia to get Botox injections, cheek and lip fillers, a nose job and an eye lift. And she did all of this without telling her daughter, who was justifiably shocked when she found out. "I thought my mom was beautiful before she had any surgeries, but she will do and she will get what she wants," Jane said. And what mama wanted was even more procedures, including a chin implant. Oh, Janet…
2. When Terry told Marla she was "breast greedy": Marla had always dreamed of having voluptuous boobs since she was a teenager, so when she got her first set of breast implants—a B cup—she was ecstatic. The next year, she decided to go even larger to a D. "They were beautiful," she said. "They were my favorite boobies ever." A few years later, an accidental fall ripped the scar tissue under her breast and caused a lump. Her doctor at the time recommended removing the implants in order to heal and Marla reluctantly adhered to his advice. Two years later, she decided to go under the knife again and have DDs installed. But following the procedure, she was left with a sunken-in chest after several nasty infections forced the doctor to remove those implants as well.
After telling Drs. Nassif and Dubrow about her dramatic boob ordeal, Terry gave Marla a mild scolding. "At the risk of sounding like a jerk, I think you've been breast greedy," he told her. "For sure, had you had 300cc implants, you would have never have had a problem." Marla predictably didn't take too kindly to his comment.
3. When Marla called her chest a "boner-free zone": Marla confessed her flat chest made her feel extremely self-conscious to take her shirt off in front of her husband. "It's a boner-free zone," she said. "You would look at this and lose a boner." However, her husband, Mike, didn't completely agree. "Sex with the t-shirt on is not a lot of fun," he admitted. Luckily, Terry was determined to transform the area from a "boner-free zone" into a "breast-fun zone."
4. When Elmira admitted she let her dentist do her nose job: You should probably add this to the list of things you should never do. Elmira unwisely allowed her dentist to perform her nose job and woke up from the surgery with asymmetry, droopiness and an indentation. "Call me crazy, but shouldn't dentists do dentistry and plastic surgery be done by plastic surgeons?" Terry speculated.
Elmira learned her lesson and kicked the botched dentist to the curb. "We don't use him as a dentist anymore," she said. "He's fired." Wise choice, girl! "I would like to be able to breathe from my nose," she told Paul. "I would like to have it symmetrical and look like a professional has done it instead of my dentist."
5. When Terry and Paul learned Janet's unusual plastic surgery motive: The doctors were extremely concerned when Janet walked into their office and confessed she was envious of her daughter's looks. "When I hear about a mother who wants to have plastic surgery procedures to look more like her daughter that does raise a bit of a red flag for us" Terry said. Paul expressed the same feeling, albeit in a slightly more blunt way. "Looking more youthful, I understand," Paul said. "Trying to look like your daughter, I don't."
After her exam, Paul told Janet she didn't need any more work and advised her to avoid any more surgery. Still determined, Janet was entirely persuaded. "If I say I'm going to do something, I usually do it," she stated. Nooo, Janet!
6. When Paul took skin from Elmira's ears to reconstruct her nose: Dr. Nassif wasn't pleased with how Elmira's nose was shaping up during surgery, so took some drastic measures and grabbed skin from her lobes to build her nostrils! "I tell all my patients in the pre-operative period if I need something, I'm going to do it," he said. Paul was happy with the final result, but he kept his fingers crossed Elmira would feel the same way.
7. When Terry told Marla he only gave her a full C cup: After all her previous complications, Terry was only able to put in 375cc implants in Marla's chest without causing further problems. At her checkup appointment, he was anxious to break the news to boob lover Marla. "I know they're smaller than she ideally wants, but they're safe, they're appropriate, they're healthy," he said. Sure, she was a little disappointed, but it was definitely a better outcome than what she started with. "I nailed it," Terry said proudly. "I totally did." Go, Dr. Dubrow!
8. When Elmira showed her mom her mended nose: Paul was able to successfully repair all the damage Elmira's dentist inflicted on her nose. Her mother, Affi, was so excited to see the improved, finished product at their lunch date. "I'm so happy for her," the proud mom gushed. And how do you truly celebrate a big nose reveal? With a selfie, of course! Say cheese!
9. When Marla did a sexy photo shoot for her husband: Marla's confidence was officially back and better than ever following her breast surgery and she decided to take some racy lingerie pics for her husband to prove it. "Before my boobies were nonexistent and I felt horrible about myself," she said. "Now, emotionally, I'm in such a better place. I can look in a mirror without crying. Actually now I will look in a mirror." Woo-hoo!
