If we've learned one thing from Botched, it is don't leave the country for plastic surgery.
This Sunday, we meet Albert who admits, "I am literally missing my left pec." He goes on to explain, "I love to be in the gym, I love lifting weights. My right side was growing muscle and my left side wasn't catching up at all."
So, after getting a recommendation for a surgeon down in Mexico, he decides to go there for surgery. "I woke up the next day I believe, and I was just super sick, I was just throwing up everywhere."
He adds, "It's been like a dream for me to step on stage and feel like a real body builder," he admits.
