This is real.
Shauna Sand, former Playboy model, shows off the diamonds "implanted" in her teeth in the above clip from this Sunday's Botched, and the doctors are fascinated, but don't exactly know how to react.
Dr. Terry Dubrow simply just keeps saying, "Wow." Dr. Paul Nassif adds, "I heard about that."
Then Shauna casually explains, "I had another one but I swallowed it when I ate an almond." Of course Dr. Dubrow then questions, "Did you end up straining your poop to find it?"
