Watch: Shocking Discovery in Transgender Breast Surgery
On this Sunday's episode of Botched, plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow completes a breast reconstruction on transgender patient Kimber James.
Kimber had a few issues with her breasts, so Dr. Dubrow decides to put in a smaller implant made of a different material. However, he has concerns about her thin skin, which is due to the fact that her current implants are so large. Dr. Dubrow explains, "Therefore, the blood supply to the nipple isn't very good."
He goes in with caution, but once he begins the surgery he makes a shocking discovery that you have to see to believe!
