What's the main difference between the slightly fictionalized Chelsea Handler that you see on After Lately and the real-life Chelsea?

"I'm a super bitch instead of a regular bitch," she explained to E! in an exclusive interview. As for co-star and fellow Chelsea Lately staffer Brad Wollack, he has embraced his alter ego as well: "I'm more racist than ever," he admits.

Although the versions of themselves that the cast members play on the show are exaggerated, there's still truth to the events on the show. In fact, Handler notes that everything you see on After Lately is based on reality. "Reese and I fight all the time," she says of her scene with guest star Reese Witherspoon in the season three premiere.

As the show enters its third season, it's sharper, funnier and more star-studded than ever. Guests for this season include the aforementioned Witherspoon, Charlize Theron, Kathie Lee Gifford, and others.

"Kate Beckinsale and I have a really dirty, funny scene, a yoga scene," Handler teased. But when pressed for more details, she resisted: "It's a top-notch secret, it's like the Navy SEALs," she quipped. "More important," added Wollack.

Obviously you'll have to tune in for the season three premiere of After Lately on Monday, February 25 at 10:30/9:30c, only on E!
