Designer duds certainly do come at a cost!

Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting suffered an outfit faux pas at the premiere of her new movie, The Wedding Ringer, but it wasn't a nip-slip (even though those seem to be a staple these days). The Big Bang Theory actress left the bar code and price tag on her shoe!

While we're definitely curious to know how much those baby blue heels cost, it's too small to tell (ugh). The barcode, however, is very obvious. Little did Kaley know that the sticker would be more obvious than the shoe itself! Other than her shoe slip-up, Kaley stunned in a short strapless Kaufmanfranco dress that hugged her curves in all the right ways.

The blond bombshell didn't show up to her own premiere stag; her husband of one year, Ryan Sweeting, was right by her side at the premiere for her new comedy that also stars Kevin Hart and Josh Gad. He has been by her side ever since the got married, but especially in recent days since she just recovered from sinus surgery.

She Instagrammed a pic of her and her husband that was taken right when she woke up from the hospital, and despite being in recovery, she and Ryan still managed one of the cutest pics of all time.

"Coming out of sinus surgery and the first thing I see is my beautiful angel of a man, hes right there. Always. He's taking care of me I love my noodle. He's perfection," she captioned the adorable photo.

Although she had only the best intentions when she posted the photo, she immediately got hit by critics who claimed the actress actually got a nose job. The ever candid Kaley quickly quashed the claims with another Instagram photo

"I have been putting sinus surgery off for year, and I finally did- and for this who think I got a nose nob thinks again ! (Wish) thAnk you to my amazing husband and sweet dogs for watching over me," she wrote.

That settles it!
