Octavia Spencer's rave-worthy performance in The Help has given her career a major lift.

But once all the awards-season hubbub has died down, the Oscar front-runner wants to get a lift of a different kind, and it involves way more than just picking her next project.

Spencer says she plans to treat herself by visiting a surgeon to undergo a cosmetic touch-me-up…

"I am going to get my boobs lifted. That's going to be my first gift," the actress tells Parade.

"I figured going into my forties I want my boobs where they were when I was 17," she explains.

Spencer has been turning heads on the red carpet for her chic and elegant looks, and fashion watchers have praised the curvy star for embracing her real-woman figure.

But Spencer has also been outspoken about wanting to stay fit and healthy. At the recent SAG Awards, the 41-year-old  told The Insider, "I'm working out with a trainer…I'm just trying to get some of this adipose fat from around my belly so that I don't have a heart attack. That's the truth."

Don't expect her to go under the knife until later this year, though.

"Right after the Oscars I start a Diablo Cody movie," she says. "We're taping out of the country for four months so I wouldn't be back here until about August. So I would want to do this around November. Then that way I could just relax until January."

Given the breakout star's surging career, she'd better enjoy all the downtime she can get!

Spencer can next be seen playing a counselor and recovering alcoholic in the dramedy Smashed, which recently debuted at Sundance.
