First Meeting, "Pilot": Rachel the loner and Finn the popular quarterback become unlikely friends through show choir.
First Kiss, "Showmance": Finn and Rachel kiss for the first time after a private rehearsal in the auditorium, which is abruptly ended by Finn's, um, premature problem.
Going Steady, "Journey": Finn tells Rachel he loves her before they perform Journey's "Faithfully" at Reginoals, and they end the episode as a real couple.
Break Up, "Special Education": Rachel finds out that Finn slept with Santana, so she plans to sleep with Puck as revenge. She doesn't go through with it, but Rachel tells Finn what almost happened. He is heartbroken, and breaks up with her.
Back Together, "New York": While performing at Nationals, Finn and Rachel kiss onstage after singing an original song called "Pretending." They lose at Nationals, but at the end of the episode Finn and Rachel decide to give their relationship another shot.
Sexy Time, "First Time": Rachel loses her virginity to Finn after a performance of West Side Story.
Proposal, "Yes/No" and "Michael": Finn proposes to Rachel on the auditorium stage. She doesn't give him an answer right away, but after singing Michael Jackson's "I Just Can't Stop Loving You," she accepts.
Wedding (Almost), "On My Way": Finn and Rachel planned to get married after competing at Regionals, but Quinn's car accident stops it from happening at the last minute.
On A Break, "Goodbye": Before Rachel leaves on a train to New York, Finn breaks up with her so she can go off on her own to do "amazing things" at NYADA.
Break Up, "The Break-Up": While Finn is visting Rachel in New York, she admits to him that she kissed her NYADA classmate, Brody. Finn flies back to Ohio in the middle of the night. Rachel also flies back to Lima and yells at him for leaving without telling her, and after admitting that she needs her freedom and doesn't want to be confused anymore, they break up for good.
Current Status: Broken up, but with definite feelings toward each other. Rachel is still dating her classmate Brody. Finn is single, but recently kissed Emma.
First Meeting, "Never Been Kissed": Kurt goes to rival school Dalton Academy posing as a student to spy on their glee club and meets Blaine, the handsome star of the Warblers.
First Duet, "A Very Glee Christmas": Kurt and Blaine perform "Baby, It's Cold Outside" together.
First Kiss, "Original Song,": After seeing him sing "Blackbird," Blaine realizes he's in love with Kurt and the two share their first kiss soon after.
Sexy Time, "The First Time": After a performance of their school musical West Side Story, Kurt and Blaine lost their virginities to each other.
Break Up, "The Break-Up": While visiting Kurt in New York, Blaine admits to cheating on him during their long-distance relationship. Kurt is destroyed and they go on an indefinite break.
Current Status: The two remain close friends, but Kurt is dating a new guy, Adam. Blaine is still heartbroken over their split and may have feeling s for Sam.
First Meeting, "Pilot": They were friends before the pilot episode, but that is when we were first introduced to their adorable dynamic.
First Kiss, "Sectionals": The team wins sectionals, and while New Directions serenades Will with "My Life Would Suck Without You," Will runs to Emma and kisses her
First Duet, "The Power of Madonna,": In a dream sequence, Will and Emma sing "Like a Virgin" together as they prepare to have sex. Will decides to wait until Emma is truly ready to lose her virginity.
Break Up, "Bad Reputation": Emma finds out about Will kissing Shelby and sleeping with April. She calls him a slut in the teacher's longue and ends their relationship.
Back Together," The Purple Piano Project": It is revealed in the very beginning of the episode that they are now officially together and living together.
Proposal, "Yes/No": It was a dramatic (Will walked on water!), synchronized swimming proposal set to Rihanna's "We Found Love," and Emma said yes!
Current Status: After a rocky road to their wedding, Emma stress-kissed Finn(!) and then left Will at the alter.
