Sally Hershberger Rates the Celeb Hair Looks of the Golden Globes

She has gorgeous hair, so why not wear it down?" To create a similar look, Hershberger recommends adding mousse to roots and blowdrying the hair with a round brush. Use a large barrel curling iron to wave it loosely and finish with light hairspray.
