Paramount PicturesOn Christmas night 2008 in Philadelphia, James Joseph Cialella shot an audience member sitting near him during a screening for allegedly being too loud. Luckily, the victim was hospitalized in stable condition post-shooting. Cialella pleaded guilty to possession of an instrument of crime and aggravated assault.
