Halle Berry has been following the 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone program designed by trainer Ramona Braganza since the birth of her daughter. According to Braganza "'321' means we do three cardio segments, two circuit segments and one core (stomach and abs) segment." There is also a 3-2-1 diet which consists of 3 low carb / low fat meals, 2 snacks and 1 litre of water daily.
