Funny and talented, Banks has already started running lines via Twitter and is excited for her sassy role as Effie. Her character—super OCD-like—works closely with Katniss and Peeta to get them ready for the Games. Elizabeth will be working even more charm than she did in Seabiscuit, we are so sure.
