The long-sleeve, lace gown with 8-foot-long train was perfectly suited for Kate's understated-chic style, but it still had enough drama for such a huge affair. And it fit beautifully. Wish we could say Kate's makeup also knocked it out of the park, but it was a little heavy-handed. But back to her gown and that blushing bride glow: It was modern classic, regal and simply smashing.
