Despite a looming court date stemming from her DUI arrest, Linds jetted off to Cannes to promote a movie. Judge Martha Revel was not amused when L missed her hearing (along with her F**k You manicure) and threw her into jail. After 14 days, LiLo was sprung from the clink, only to set off her SCRAM ankle bracelet with a failed drug test, which she confirmed on her Twitter. She was sent back to jail, released a day later and reported to rehab at Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs, where she's staying until January 2011.
