After being detained twice for marijuana overseas this summer, the blonde heiress ran into legal trouble again in Las Vegas, when she was busted with cocaine and banned from the Wynn. First, she denied the drug was hers, but later copped a plea deal and avoided jai ltime. But the charge was still enough for Japanese officials to deny her entry into the country shortly after. That's not hot!
