The runner-up on season three of American Idol was no doubt singing a happy tune when Tanya Maree Quattrocchi pleaded guilty to four counts of cyber stalking and was sentenced to 26 months behind bars. She confessed to hacking into DeGarmo's MySpace account and sending out emails pretending to be the singer.
