Nick's season of The Bachelor is winding down, and that means it's time to start thinking of the future (as if we haven't been thinking about it all season long). Who will take the reins from JoJo Fletcher and become the next Bachelorette? We have a few suggestions...
What do you mean, who? She's the girl Nick dumped at the end of Bachelor in Paradise! She was on a season of The Bachelor probably! How fun would it be to see Nick's scorned ex get her own turn in the spotlight?!
Another Nick connection, but Amanda's a lot more fun. She dumped Nick and fell in love with Josh Murray, Nick's nemesis from Andi Dorfman's season, on Bachelor in Paradise, but since they recently split, why not?
She's a 28 year-old bisexual chef from New Orleans. Just imagine all of the possibilities for contestants and food puns!
She only made it to the final 12, but she surprised us with the fact that she wasn't just an aspiring dolphin trainer in a shark costume. She was also a sweet, funny woman who feared aliens and Nicholas Cage, and who would probably attract a lot of really interesting men. Just imagine the costumes getting out of those limos!
Remember how awful it was when the guys had to choose between Britt and Kaitlyn two seasons ago? Let's try it again with the Danielles! They're both very nice and slightly boring, but they have the same name, so...
As far as we know, she's single, and she's similar to Nick in that we've been watching her get her heart broken over and over for years now. We'd love to see Ashley happy, but it's going to be hard to find a guy who can compete with Jared Haibon (in Ashley's eyes, anyway).
Vanessa seems delightful, but so far, she mostly only stands out when she's calling Nick out on some kind of bulls--t. If she doesn't end up with Nick at the end, we're certainly willing to get to know her, but we've just grown more attached to some of the other remaining women.
If you ask us, Corinne is only allowed to be the next Bachelorette if she brings her nanny, Raquel, with her. Raquel could teach the guys to make cheese pasta, and maybe Raquel could be allowed to save one guy if Corinne sends him home, like Tim Gunn on Project Runway. And also if you ask us, that sounds like a pretty good season of The Bachelorette.
Kristina has been through so much, as we learned when she revealed the details of her childhood in a Russian orphanage. If Nick's not the love of her life, it would be so satisfying to watch her find the guy who is.
She started off the season as a southern stereotype, but the 25 year-old boutique owner quickly proved she was so much more: funny, smart, charming, and emotionally intelligent enough to handle her very own season.
The 31 year-old attorney is one of this season's standouts, and has been since we learned she likes to dance while she vacuums her living room. She's smart, she's funny, and her 1-on-1 with Nick was one of the best all season. If she doesn't end up with Nick at the end, she's perfect to star in her own season. Plus, it really is time for the first black star of the show.
