Obvious Tips from Dr. Oz

In a recent In Touch magazine article, Dr. Oz answered some of "winter's most asked health questions."  He explained that garlic can help fight colds, as it gives your immune system a booster.  It also gives your sex life an un-booster, which I assume also increases its effectiveness in stopping the spread of germs.  He said that the best cure for a hangover is to not drink in excess in the first place, to which I say, "Thank you, Captain Obvious."  The most revealing answer he gave was about why people are more depressed in the winter time than in other seasons.  He said that the decrease in sunlight affects the body's serotonin levels, which triggers depression.  Now I finally understand that Chuy's constant bad mood has less to do with me and more to do with the fact that he's further away from the sun than regular-sized people.
