Tattle Tale

A man in Port Orange, Florida, (which I've never heard of by the way) robbed a bank, then called the cops and turned himself in.  Police say that he went into a bank, handed the teller a note implying that he had a gun and demanded money.  He left the bank with the money, then pulled over at a gas station and turned himself in.  Where do they still have pay phones at gas stations?  Florida is so out of style.
