Roman Polanski is reportedly not enjoying his stay in prison. His lawyer said that Polanski is "tired and depressed."  I'd be tired, too, if I was 76 years old.  His current state may have more to do with age than it does jail. He's being held in Switzerland until the extradition proceedings are decided.  They're afraid to release him on bail because they think he's a "flight risk." Considering he fled from America 32 years ago, I'd say these guys are really on top of things.
