Over Work

Todd Palin recently resigned from his job.  He was production manager of a large oil company in the North Slope oil fields of Alaska.  A spokesperson for the family said that "Todd loved his union job on the Slope and hopes to return…for now he is spending time with his family."  I don't think so.  First of all, nobody loves working on any kind of slope, especially one in Alaska.  Second, we've all seen his family and I'm sure he'd rather dig through the frozen ground with his bare hands than be home with those morons.  Just say that you got sick of doing whatever it is that people who production manage for an oil company do, and that you now want to sit back and coast, or snowmobile, through life. 

P.S. Resigning from an oil field is like resigning from a 7-11.
