Paris Hilton was officially charged with felony cocaine possession. This news came after she and her boyfriend were arrested over the weekend. Paris reportedly went into her purse to get some "lip balm" and a little baggie of cocaine fell out in front of the officers. What a coincidence. The official complaint filed stated that Paris "Willfully, unlawfully, feloniously, knowingly..." possessed cocaine. Paris claims that the cocaine belonged to a friend and that she doesn't know how it got into her purse. Congratulations...you're back in the news.
