Woopity Doo! Sandler Weds
The Wedding Singer has tied the knot.
Adam Sandler and longtime gal-pal Jackie Titone were married in Malibu on Sunday in an outdoor ceremony attended by family, celebrity friends and his pet bulldog.
The news comes courtesy of Sandler's official Website, which claims "Sandler got marriedÂÂ?Woopity Doo!" No other details were released.
However, wedding snapshots show the comedian dressed in a black penguin suit and wearing a white yarmulke, while blushing bride Titone wears a white gown with spaghetti straps--the camera-ready couple are surrounded by hanging rose bouquets and pink satin draped chairs.
Not to be left out, Meatball, the bulldog, sports a custom tuxedo and his own white yarmulke.
Aside from Meatball, the guest list reportedly included Sandler pals like Rob Schneider and Anger Management costar Jack Nicholson.
Last month, Us Weekly reported that the ceremony was originally intended to be a big bash held later this summer but was toned down because of an "illness in the [Sandler] family." No word on how the ceremony was affected.
It's a first marriage for Sandler, 36, Titone, 28, and Meatball.
The newly minted couple reportedly met and began dating in January 1999. The same year, Titone, an actress-model, starred in the Sandler feature Big Daddy and Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, starring frequent Sandler collaborator Schneider. She's since appeared in Little Nicky and lent her voice to Eight Crazy Nights.
