Jim True-Frost's heart is melting right about now.

The 45-year-old actor, best known for playing detective turned math teacher Roland "Prez" Pryzbylewski on HBO's The Wire, and his lawyer-wife Cora, celebrated the arrival on Saturday of a bouncing baby girl, E! News can confirm.

And the little bundle of joy's name is…

Phoebe Sylvia Rachel True-Frost!

Phoebe entered the world at approximately 9:32 a.m. in a Boston hospital by C-section and weighed in at 7 pounds, 3 ounces.

According to True-Frost's publicist, both mom and daughter are doing well.

"We can't wait to hear what Phoebe has to say to the world—and how she'll say it," said the happy couple in a statement.

Phoebe now joins 3-year-old big brother Leo in the True-Frost family.

"Leo has cerebral palsy," the True-Frosts added. "He's already figured out that a non-verbal kid can use assistive technology (Leo's voice is his iPad) to tell his little sister who's in charge."

Along with a recurring role in the most recent season of HBO's Treme. True-Frost, an alum of Chicago's famed Steppenwolf Theatre Company, recently guest starred on the CBS police procedural Blue Bloods as well as Fringe and Law & Order: SVU.

Mom Cora is a Harvard-trained law professor currently on faculty at Syracuse University.

Congrats all around.
