Will Smith's Fresh Princess
The duo became the proud parents of a girl Tuesday. The tyke, the couple's second, even got a Halloween-ish name: Willow Camille Reign Smith.
Little Willow, whose name is also apparently a spinoff from her father's (all of the Fresh Prince's brood are named after the parents), was born in Los Angeles and weighed in at 6 pounds, 10 ounces, according to the Smiths' publicist, Stan Rosenfield.
She joins brother Jaden Christopher (named after mom), who was born in July 1998, and Willard Smith III (aka Trey) from Smith's previous marriage.
The Smiths, who got jiggy in 1995, after the collapse of Will's first marriage to Sheree Zampino, married on New Year's Eve 1997.
It's been a busy few weeks for the couple. Will, 32, has been hyping his new movie, The Legend of Bagger Vance, which opens this weekend. In the Robert Redford-helmed drama, Smith plays a magical caddy who helps a troubled golfer (Matt Damon). Smith also announced this week that he'd be writing a book called Just the Two of Us. Like his hit song, the picture book, due in May, is based on his experiences as a father, focusing on his relationship with Trey. It is the first in a multi-book deal between Scholastic and both Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
Meanwhile, Jada, 29, had a starring role as a TV exec in Spike Lee's Bamboozled, which opened last month.
And in other Hollywood nursery news, James Cameron and his wife, Suzy Amis, are expecting their first child, the director tells Daily Variety.
The couple, who met while filming Titanic and were married in June, will be getting the stork visit next year.
