After admitting to violating her probation in court this morning, Lindsay Lohan agreed to begin serving a 30-day sentence in an L.A. County Jail. But we all know it's not really going to be 30 days.

Reports are claiming that despite her sentencing, LiLo will only spend a couple of minutes in jail before being released, which isn't that surprising since the last time Lohan was ordered behind bars (for 90 days, mind you) she got out in a record time of 84 minutes.

However, we heard earlier today that she'd actually spend six long days, or 20 percent of her jail time, in the slammer.

So which is it?!

L.A. County Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore told E! News that Lohan will not be in and out within minutes, but it won't exactly be six days, either.

"It all depends, but she will probably be booked in and then released the next day," he tells us (and no, this isn't some special deal).

One whole day, eh?

Lohan has been ordered to turn herself in to begin the sentence within one week, by Nov. 9. The actress must  then return to court on Dec. 14., at which time she must have served 12 community service days at the morgue and have undergone four psychotherapy sessions of 45 minutes.
