Why Did Seal's "Volcanic Temper" Flare Up Around His Kids?
Does Seal need classes in anger management, or is he just a defensive daddy?
According to the Grammy winner, it's the latter. In an interview with Piers Morgan that airs tonight on CNN, Seal spoke out—post-Heidi Klum split—on reports about his "violent temper" coming out around his kids.
So what was his excuse for losing his cool on camera?

He was just looking out for his son! "I raised my voice at a reporter," he admitted. "It was an incident where we were walking through an airport in Los Angeles, and my son and I had my son and my daughter on either hand. We were swarmed by about anywhere from 15 to 20 paparazzi in the airport, and one of them hit my son in the head with a camera lens."
As for his angry reaction? "Honestly, Piers, I don't know anyone—man or woman—any parent, who will not react when you see your child being hit and [then] holding his head."
Seal said that after raising his voice, he "became the angry stereotype…the rock star, the angry rock star with a hot temper."
That said, Seal's "temper" doesn't sound like the reason behind his and Klum's split. "I'm not going to B.S. you and tell you that we don't have—that there aren't differences," he said in an interview with Access Hollywood. "You don't all of a sudden, you know, wake up and make a whimsical decision and say, 'OK, we're going to separate.' No. This is an accumulative thing that happens over a period time."
As for a possible reconciliation? "There is nothing to reconcile. We haven't fallen out," he said. "We're not getting divorced. We're not even legally separated. The reality of the situation is we have grown apart. And so... is there a chance of us getting back together? Honestly...I don't know the answer to that."
In the meantime, Seal's priority is "my wife and our children... And I put that before anyone else. And so my first agenda is to figure out what is best for that situation. Everything else will take care of itself."
