Nicole Richie turned 30 with a bang last night in Beverly Hills.
The fashionista was feted by family and famous friends during a bash at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
So who was on hand to celebrate and who couldn't make it to the party?

Of course hubby Joel Madden was there. Nicole posted a hot picture on her Twitter of the duo the caption "Mr. & Mrs Over The Hill #dirty30."

Joel's brother, Benji, was also there to fete his sister-in-law, as was her proud papa, Lionel Richie, who waved to cameras packed outside.
Ashley Olsen was feeling more camera-shy herself and stayed mostly covered up as she made her way into the bash. Mary-Kate was on hand as well and the twins were two of the last to leave.
Nic's friends put together a video montage in her honor, featuring footage of herself and her family. The birthday girl snapped pics of the soiree on her Samsung Galaxy S II.
Friends who couldn't be there in person sent their love via Twitter, natch.
"Happy Birthday @NicoleRichie! You have been friend longer then anyone I know and I love you so much! So proud of you..." Paris Hilton tweeted from Istanbul.
