Though no stranger to the fashion show scene and the attention he attracts every time, this Grammy-winning rapper apparently wasn't in the mood to engage the paparazzi at Givenchy's show during Paris Fashion Week.

So up went the hand, and it wasn't to have a toast. Who opted for a flip of the bird instead of a genial bon jour?

Well, maybe the paps should be glad this was all Kanye West had to offer.

A fixture at the fall and spring shows, West had his movements tracked by the New York Times during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week last month, so it surely came as no surprise that ze French photogs wanted a piece of him, too.

But he didn't really look mad. Perhaps he was just assuming a tough-guy stance for the cameras to go along with the snarling rottweiler printed on his Givenchy sweater.
