JACLYN NESHEIWAT: He's hiding all his drugs, he's got drugs...he has drugs, he has a big bag of pot…and he's hiding them all upstairs
OPERATOR: All right, ma'am, what kind of drugs does he have other than pot?
JACLYN NESHEIWAT: Um...he's too messed up from last night, he's too under the influence right now…
OPERATOR: Okay, we're on the way there and it's not going to be that much longer, where are you now, are you outside?
JACLYN NESHEIWAT: I'm outside with my daughter
OPERATOR: Okay, they'll meet you outside, they're already there right now, okay?
JACLYN NESHEIWAT: (Crying) Okay, all right
