What's a Post-Captivity Cuthbert to Do?

A little while back, this movie called Captivity came out. I know, you didn't see it. You didn't want to see Elisha Cuthbert in a box of sand. Or maybe you'd rather see it in the comfort of your own home, tissue box nearby. Sorry, my gross.
Anyway, I feel for her. When we last spoke, she was refreshingly open and adamant about her likes and dislikes when it comes to acting. She doesn't like doing romantic comedies. She said that Girl Next Door was superdifficult for her. She's a very active chick who'd rather be chased around—even if she's on location with Paris Hilton—than trade witticisms. But now that Captivity is a bust, I wonder if her people won't encourage her to, you know, challenge herself more with romantic comedy.
"She has the genuine combination of being really hot and really f--king cool," says Deep Throat Romantic-Comedy-Success-Factory Insider. "And not just in the way of some actresses who just seem like they are cool in their Maxim magazine interviews. To be honest, I had no idea she was even in that movie Captivity. The marketing was horrible. Like many others, she is a talent, but she just needs to find the right role."
I so agree. And casting directors rave about Elisha's talent. So, she should tell her agents to find a Mr. and Mrs. Smith-style project where she can run around catching her breath and land the shirtless, sweaty hottie. Then everyone will be happy.
Done! Whose future do we decide on next?
