Tater Tops 2011: Who's the Best Baddie on Television?

Yesterday we did Best Bitch on TV, and today we're taking on the male counterparts of those naughty girls in our Best Baddies category for the 2011 Tater Tops.
Some of our baddies are antiheroes of sorts (Walter White, that's you), some are odious inbred little monsters (welcome, Joffrey Baratheon!) and some are old-fashioned blood-sucking evil but adorable just the same (say hello to Damon Salvatore, everybody), but they're all misguided and troubled and in dire need of a good comeuppance.
