Prepare for a really bad pun.

Ring, ring! Hello? Oh, it's Sarah Michelle Gellar on the phone. And she's calling to tell you she's back on TV in a big, big way. (Told you the pun was bad.)

In addition to playing two characters on Ringer, SMG told reporters at TCA she's also guesting on All My Children, where she earned a Daytime Emmy Award in 1995.

Wednesday night, the beautiful SMG (and her equally beautifully costar Ioan Gruffudd) hit the carpet at the TCA party to talk about Ringer, playing quadruple the trouble, and how truly awful it is to kiss all those handsome men...

"It makes some of my days very confusing. We've come to the conclusion that I play five characters. It's the tailor-made role for me," she says after listing the characters she plays. And about all the smooching going on in Ringer: "I think they're saving the best kiss for last," Gruffudd says with a laugh.

But of course, there's much more than just kissing that makes Ringer one of the most anticipated new shows of the fall. "Instead of having just a twist at the end, we have surprised at every act out. It's the kind of television that I as a fan love to watch," SMG tells us.

Gellar also revealed during the TCA presentation on Thursday that she will be returning to her alma soap opera of All My Children. "I called up the casting director and told her I wanted to do something [and] that I want to be a part of it," she says. However, she will not reprising her original role of Kendall Hart Lang "I'm not sure what I'll be doing," she admits.

Watch our full interview with Sarah and Ioan below, and tell us how much you're loving the return of SMG to your TV screens!
