Love them, hate them, or love to hate them, Big Brother alums Rachel Reilly and Brendon Villegas can always be counted on to bring the drama.

And after several uneventful seasons of The Amazing Race, we're ready for Brenchel to inject some much-needed adrenaline into the reality series' 20th competition.

Besides their big personalities, Rachel promised us that we'll see "a lot of action and adventure" this season—beginning with this skydiving clip from Sunday's premiere. Read on to hear what else our new favorite reality couple dished about the season ahead…

Why did the engaged couple jump so quickly back into the reality fire? "We couldn't really say no to The Amazing Race," Rachel gushed to us. "It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

"You get to see different places and experience different things" in the race around the world, Brendon added. "That's one thing with Big Brother that's so tough—we can't ever leave those confines. With The Amazing Race, the whole world is your competition board."

Rachel said her team's only liability was "ourselves," explaining, "Brendon and I are both really strong-willed and we both want to take charge, and sometimes I pretend like I know what I'm doing when I have no idea. Then I get mad at Brendon when he tries to tell me that I'm wrong, because of course I know what I'm talking about—you should just go ahead and agree with me."

"That is our problem sometimes, we both have very domineering personalities. That's what causes us to butt heads sometimes."

"We definitely had a few struggles—which you'll find out as you're watching—but in the long run the race made us closer," Rachel said. "Brendon and I are so in love, we're getting married, and we know that if we can handle two season of BB and TAR we can handle anything."

Due to their heavy reality-TV rotation, the couple haven't been able to nail down a wedding date, but Rachel says, "We're planning for this summer."

As for their relationship with the other racers, Brendon said, "You'll have to watch and find out. I will say that Rachel never disappoints the audience in terms of drama—I will say that much."

"We can't talk about who knew us and who didn't from BB," Brendon added, "but we got along with some teams, we didn't get along with other teams and I think it's going to make for some great TV for sure."

The Amazing Race's 20th season premieres Sunday, Feb. 19 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
