Who He Is:  A former theater geek, Zach is best known for his four years on the Sara Rue sitcom Less Than Perfect, where he played the uptight Kipp Steadman. Didn't watch that show? Think of Kipp as the spiritual father of Marc on Ugly Betty. He and Andrea Parker swanned around the show making us hurt ourselves laughing while they made life hard for Ms. Sara Rue.

Why You'll Love Him:  Honestly, I do not see how you can not. At the risk of making myself sound like a boy-crazed, newly married woman, let me just say that words fail me when I try to describe the awesomeness that is Zachary Levi. I honestly looked in a thesaurus for a big batch of awesome words, but none of them were good enough. Luckily, seeing is believing. Watch the clip below and you'll get it instantly. So, I take it you're enjoying being on Chuck?
I was telling a buddy of mine the other day, you know, it's so funny because everybody keeps asking me how I am still so happy in the middle of the night, and I'm like, Wouldn't you be? I mean, if you got to be Chuck in a show called Chuck, and you got to run around playing videogames, which I love, making people laugh, which I love, and I get to go and be in car chases and gunfights.

Hell, I get to fly in a helicopter. In the first episode after the pilot, in 101, the title is "Chuck Versus the Helicopter," and I get to fly a freaking helicopter. It's ridiculous. My friends are like, But those are fake helicopters, right? And I'm like, No! We're in San Pedro, and the freaking pilot brings me through these cranes, and we're coming up on the sea wall. I've never been in a helicopter before, always wanted to be in a helicopter, got to go in a freaking helicopter.

So, the titles of the eps are going to be Chuck Versus Whatever?
That's pretty much been the theme so far. It's "Chuck Versus the Helicopter," "Chuck Versus the Tango," and the episode after this is "Chuck Versus the Sizzling Shrimp," where we go to Chinatown. And there's this really cool film-noir Chinatown thing going on and a stakeout and all this stuff.

And your cast is amazing!
Yes, Josh Gomez and Adam Baldwin and Sarah Lancaster and Yvonne Strzechowski and Ryan McPartlin, Captain Awesome, who is awesome. They're all awesome. They're all great. There's not a bad apple in the bunch. Literally, we were shooting this scene the other day, this dinner scene, and we were all at the table, and I was just kind of sitting there. I'm sure they were wondering, why does Zach have such a weird look on his face? I was kind of sitting there, grinning and not saying anything, and I was literally taking in this life. And I was really hoping that in seven years we can look back and look at what we've been able to do, and it's just such a beautiful thing.
