Newly blond Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester is working a couple of different angles in her chic Jil Sander suit at the CW's upfronts in New York.

She's all business up top in the navy blazer that says "I'm a serious actress on a hit show," while the matching shorts and awesomely sky-high strappy platform heels remind everyone she's also young, sexy and fun.
