It's Official: Heroes Is Over

It finally happened—our Heroes have fallen.

After four seasons of good vs. evil, and those always crippling roller-coaster ratings, NBC has officially canceled its once-groundbreaking series. And while we'll never forget Heroes, there is some new NBC programming on the horizon that might help fill the void...

Just this morning the Peacock net announced its plans to run with The Cape, their much-talked-about superhero saga—sound familiar much?! It even stars sci-fi sexpot Summer Glau, so bonus points from the get-go.

And if it's any consolation, Heroes fans, NBC reportedly hemmed and hawed over bringing the cult fave back for a final miniseries-type sendoff, but with the countless buzzworthy pickups on the schedule next season, Heroes didn't stand a chance.

Now it's time to mourn. Heroes, we loved you dearly in your heyday. And while we waned a bit in recent seasons, but you'll always hold a special place in our hearts.

Your turn. Say your goodbyes below and let us know what you think—was February's finale a fitting sendoff? Which hero will you miss most?
