DWTS' Derek Hough on Lil' Kim: "I'm Going to Get Shanked"

What's even more shocking than Lil' Kim, a Dancing With the Stars favorite this season, getting the boot tonight is what her dancing partner, Derek Hough, admitted about her backstage after this evening's show.
But first, on getting eliminated: "I just had no idea, to be honest with you," Kim tells E! News. "I know that last night was important, and I made a couple of mistakes."
Now for the real shocker: What was Derek's first thought when he found out that he'd be paired up with the badass rapper who'd spent time in jail? You won't believe what he says...
"When I first saw it was Lil' Kim, I was nervous," admits Derek. "He thought he was going to get cut," jokes Kim.
She's not kidding. Derek explains: "I was like, 'I think I'm going to get shanked in the middle of a dance.' I'm serious. But the second she walked in there she was like a beam of energy, so sweet and so nice. As the weeks went by, I just love her more and more and more, and I'm really excited to spend some time with her without teaching her and drilling her."
Kim must have a good sense of humor because she didn't take offense to her partner's comments. In fact, she says she hopes that Derek and Karina [Smirnoff] will "Come out and choreograph something really hot for all my shows and all my performances, my tour, everything. Vegas, we're coming!"
