Could these exes be any friendlier?

Courteney Cox's estranged hubby David Arquette is set to appear in the season-three finale of Cougar Town, and he will be involved with a big event in Jules' life. Warning: spoiler ahead!

A show source confirms to us the TVLine.com report that Arquette will play a hotel concierge in the final episode of the yet-to-be-premiered ABC show's third season, which revolves around (here's the spoiler!) Cox's character Jules' wedding to Grayson (Josh Hopkins). The Dancing With the Stars alum will reportedly be catering to the Cul-de-Sac Crew's every beck and call during the special day.

This is not the first time these two have shared the small screen. Arquette appeared on Friends as a love interest for Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) back in 1996.

The separated but obviously still chummy exes tweeted about the news today:

davidarquette: I'm so excited to act on #CougarTown Can't wait!!!

CourteneyCox: I can't wait to work with you. You better not be late.

Too bad ABC is obviously late with the Cougar Town season premiere, which finally comes back to our television lives on Feb. 14.

Thoughts on this casting? Excited for a Cougar Town wedding?
