Katherine Jenkins ended up in a world of hurt—both physically and mentally—last night on Dancing With the Stars after tweaking her back during the salsa.

She needed both a doctor's attention and Mark Ballas' reassurances that she wasn't a terrible partner for making a misstep that, as Bruno Tonioli pointed out, "happens to everybody" at one time or another.

The good news tonight was that Katherine was feeling better, physically at least, and could carry on in the competition. But did the voters keep her afloat after her first-ever last-place finish?

Let's just say, we hope she didn't reinjure her back when she leapt into the air upon hearing she was destined for next week's final!

"It's something I'll just power through," the Welsh opera singer said of her injury. "And actually, jumping up and down now I think I hit it again. I was so excited I forgot about it." Careful, Katherine!

Joining her next week will be William Levy, whose sexy looks and smooth moves have him winning votes in his sleep, and NFL star Donald Driver.

Meaning, the injury-battling Maria Menounos—despite last night's first-place finish—was eliminated along with partner Derek Hough.

"I learned so many things," the Extra host said afterward. "I learned how strong I was. I learned to persevere."

It's been an amazing season," Derek added. "And I've loved, loved, loved dancing with this woman...She's not just a champion of dancing, but a champion of life."

But it's Donald, William and Katherine who are going to be free-styling for the mirror-ball trophy next week!
