America's Next Top Model's Fo Porter Pissed Off Over Elimination
Evan Giordanella/The CW
When American Idol contestants get eliminated, their parting interviews always go a little something like this: "I was grateful for the experience. It was just my time to go. I love everyone on the show." This is not the case with departing America's Next Top Model hopefuls, such as last night's eliminee, Fo Porter, who went out fighting mad.
"Honestly, I don't want to sound too bitchy or catty, but I do think Celia [Ammerman] should've gone home before me, or instead of me, because I can put on a pair of six-inch heels and be tall, [but she] can't change. Age isn't something you can drastically change," Fo tells us. "Yeah, there's makeup of course, but I can put on a pair of heels and be six foot in a matter of seconds. I just felt like I should've stayed." (Celia, by the way, is 25-years-old, while Fo is just 19.)
So why did Fo go home then? It couldn't be because she wasn't as good a model as the remaining contestants or that her pictures paled in comparison to some. (Note sarcasm.) To Fo, she went home because she was vertically challenged. "Honestly, I think it was because of me being short. It's literally what it came down to," she says.
That's not going to stop the model from taking over the world: "I'm milking the crap out of this Top Model experience. Thank you, Tyra, for your constructive criticism. Thank you so much. I'll take everything you gave me, and I'll go one further than you can ever imagine with it. I think Top Model definitely did that for me."
Do you think there's a glamorous life for life after Top Model for Fo? Or will she vanish into oblivion like so many before her?
