The American Horror Story House Is on the Market for How Much? Come Take a Tour Inside!
If you're in the market for a charming, turn-of-the-century house that features a spacious attic great for rubber suit storage, you are in luck!
The house Ryan Murphy hand-picked for season one of American Horror Story is on the market, and we got an exclusive (and very creepy!) tour by realtor Joe Babajian. So how much is it? And what's this about real ghosts inside?

The listing price is...$17 million! Babajian tells us the house was listed for $10 million before Murphy snatched it up for AHS production. However, he believes it will go for more now that it has been featured on the FX series.
Built by architect Alfred Rosenheim in 1902, the AHS house is 14,000 square feet, with six bedrooms, four floors, a basement (you do remember there's a basement, right?), and is in a neighborhood near the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles. One thing you might not know: The house features a full chapel, which was CGI'd out of the shots on American Horror Story. In the 1950s, the chapel was built while Catholic nuns were living there.
According to Babajian, there are stories of actual ghosts living in the house. And you gotta check out our exclusive video tour to see which one we spotted, as well as what the house really looks like, and why we're totally fine never stepping foot in that basement again. Creepy!
